Past,
is the time ....
when world was small enough for you to find a lot of time for your friends and family,
were you always thought your school was the best around,
were you always use to boast to your friends about the superiority of your bicycle,
when you invented the game of cricket can also be played on a book,
when you use to discuss with your friends about squd and patriotic missile,
when you found ways to communicate in a class without moving your lips,
were saying a lie just meant enough to prevent the contact of a stick from your skin,
when you found that a pen has much more usefullness, than to write, through penfights,
where finding a hole in the desk you sit, always called for a game of golf with a ball of paper,
were getting a 10 rs note always thrilled you,
were getting bored was only a term used between your studies,
when you run to the school neighbourhood to get latest cricket score during intervals,
when Giant robot and nightrider always created a spur among friends,
when Jungle book was more than a cartoon,
when you always found an excuse to go to the TV room to seek the ans from ur mom for a known Q,
when your birthday was as important as the gifts you get that day,
when you 'really' pray to god before the night of the exams,
when electricity and water bills never troubled you,
when the small things of life had really impressed you.
Its the yesterday where you can find the real you.
It may be called as the past which is never over.
The times which we will never get bored of talking about.
Its your Childhood.
So where ever you are, what ever you do,
realise there was a child in you once upon a time who use to cherish and enjoy the smaller joys of life, joys which never really depended on the mood of the persons around you.
A child which is still hidden somewere inside,
A child which is sad that he had grown up.
Years had passed by, those golden years which will be with us till our grave.
Realising we can never get back those years is painful,
but the choice is with us to decide whether we plan to cherish the child within each one of us.
